French electro artists stage Hanoi, HCM City concerts

French and Vietnamese artists will perform “Siestes Electroniques”, an innovative suite of electronic music compositions.
Famous composers and performers including Vincent Moon, Laurent Jeanneau, Jean-Nipon, Vu Nhat Tan, and Nguyen Hong Giang will present their musical reflections on cultural diversity and its associations.
Hanoi- festival promotes craft village tourism

Introducing exhibitions, food tastings, and folk games in Red river delta provinces.
The festival’s 300 stalls will be split between five areas, including a 20 stall recreation of the capital city’s craft streets, and a 50 stall promotional section for Hanoi’s hotels and tour operators.
Showcasing the processions that were emblematic of craft villages like Bat Trang (ceramics), Son Dong (handicrafts), Van Phuc (silk), and Ngu Hiep (basket weaving) in days gone by.
There will be seminars on developing tourism to support contemporary craft villages and the preservation of tradition through craft competitions.
Hanoi-German Beer Festival

This year festival highlight German’s cultural values in an open space. Hanoians will enjoy Germany’s traditional premium beer, a variety of foods and interesting folk music of Bavarian region performed by German band Gaudiblosn.

This low-budget freak show concerns the misadventures of Brad Majors (Barry Bostwick) and Janet Weiss (Susan Sarandon) inside a strange mansion that they come across on a rainy night.
