ML Realty Partners has purchased a 102,012-square-foot industrial building located within Valwood Industrial Park at 1445 West Belt Line Road in Carrollton. It’s ML Realty’s second recent purchase in the area. Greg Nelson of Paladin Partners brokered the sale.
Rich Uncles NNN REIT purchased Northpoint III, a 2-story, 34,794-square-foot medical office building at 9250 Amberton Parkway near Greenville Avenue in Dallas. The building is fully occupied by Texas Health Resources. Newmark Knight Franks’ Sean Fulp, Garth Hogan and Mark Schuessler brokered the sale.
Grandona Investment Associates purchased The Offices at Green Oaks, a 35,692-square-foot office building at 1950 Green Oaks Blvd. in Arlington. Transwestern’s Steve Simon, Steve Rowland and Jeff Givens brokered the transaction.
Hickory Pointe LLC purchased 3308 Royalty Row, a 69,371-square-foot industrial property in Irving, from Reece Supply Co. of Dallas. Transwestern’s Timothy Veler brokered the sale.
An investor purchased the 8,808-square-foot Family Dollar store at 610 S Carrier St. in Grand Prairie. Payne Pittman and Dan Morris of SVN | Dunn Commercial brokered the transaction.
