The retail center was purchased from InvenTrust Properties as part of a 3-property acquisition. CBRE’s Chris Gerard, Mark Witcher and Blaine Dozier brokered the sale.
EcoView Homes purchased a 22,632-square-foot commercial building at 617 Commerce Street in Dallas from API Precision Machining Inc. Scott Lake at Davidson Bogel Real Estate brokered the sale with David Guinn at Mercer Co.
Finial Group purchased Westmoreland Business Center, a 2-building light industrial project totaling 85,033 square feet located on Westmoreland Road in Dallas. This is Finial Group’s first purchase in the Dallas area and the company is seeking additional investment opportunities.
A Florida investor has purchased the Smoothie King property at ground lease at 3903 Lemmon Avenue in Dallas. Cameron Burk and Tommy Tucker of Shop Cos. negotiated the sale.
A Texas investor purchased Midway Commons II, a 6,600-square-foot retail center located at 13701 Midway Road in Farmers Branch. Built in 2015, the property was 100 percent leased at the time of sale. Tommy Tucker, Tim Axilrod and Cameron Burk of Shop Cos brokered the sale Alfred Goh of Pacific Century Realty.
FSH Glory Enterprises LLC has purchased a 2,909-square-foot freestanding restaurant building at 222 W. Campbell Rd. in Richardson from Scholer ZK Dallas LLC. Kyle Espie of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale with Alvin Mansour and Kevin Mansour of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services.
Secure Collateral Management has leased 22,000 square feet in Lake Highlands Tower at 9330 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. The firm is relocating from their current office in Dallas’ Park Central area of U.S. Highway 75. JLL’s Blake Shipley, Jay Bailey and Ashley Curry negotiated the lease.
Smoothie King leased 18,902 square feet of office space at 9797 Rombauer Rd in Coppell. Rebecca Griffin, Sara Fredricks, Neal Golden and Derek Myers of Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease.
Gordon Food Services leased 13,927 square feet of industrial space at 893 Freeport Parkway in Coppell. Ken Wesson and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Ryan Sytsma of Pinnacle Realty Services.
Teltech Communications LLC leased 8,398 square feet in Hall Park at 3211 Internet Boulevard in Frisco. Tom Walrich and Mike Ebbitt of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Brad Gibson at Hall Group.
Armored Auto Group Inc. has leased 6,490 square feet of office and industrial space at 2447 Merritt Dr. in Garland. Brian Pafford, Michael Grant and Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Harrison Burt of JLL.
The Interior, an upscale home furnishings and interior design store, has leased 3,822 square feet of retail space at 7807 Inwood Road in Dallas for its second location. Blane O’Banion and Tony Barraco with Weitzman handled the negotiations.
