Vietnam Post Corporation has passed an impressive obstacle course of numerous metrics and criteria to receive the Vietnamese Excellent Brand Award.

Vietnam Post Corporation has just announced this afternoon that it received the “Vietnamese Excellent Brand Award” at the Golden Dragon Awards and the Vietnamese Excellent Brands Festival 2018-2019.
This annual festival has been held by Vietnam Economic Times since 2001 to recognise Vietnamese businesses and their excellent achievements in business and brand development, contributing to improving national competitiveness.
Vietnam Post has passed difficult criteria on brand protection, service quality, business results, leadership, human resources administration, innovation, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and environmental protection.
Earlier, according to Vietnam Report, at the end of 2018, Vietnam Post was one Vietnam’s 500 largest businesses, and a top ten reputable transport and logistics company in 2018, and one of the leading firms in post and delivery.
In 2018, Vietnam Post posted outstanding growth by achieving the goal set forth for 2016-2020 two years early, as well as producing good progress in its development strategy by 2020.
The total revenue of the corporation in 2018 was $1 billion, up 24.8 per cent on-year, while total profit was nearly VND422 billion ($18.35 million), up 40 per cent on-year.
The corporation estimated to have contributed VND770 billion ($33.5 million) to the state budget, an increase of 36 per cent on-year. Return on equity exceeded the goal set by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The corporation has maintained good income for employees and improved welfare payments against 2017.
