Its CEO Jonathan Sudharta recalled a severe bottleneck on its system, as doctors on the platform struggled to respond to the surge of queries. “A lot of people were panicking. Many were wondering if they had COVID-19. Many were wondering if they were at risk,” he told CNA. “But our system was not built to deal with a pandemic.
