(Cinet)- A Vietnam Culture Day held on April 26 in Prague, with the aim of introducing Vietnamese customs and the cultural activities to people in the Czech Republic. The event is part of the ongoing Vietnamese art exhibition in the city. A series of activities, such as traditional art performances, Vietnamese handicraft display and an Ao dai (long dress) showed. Fun painting activities with VinGallery On Thursday VinGallery will host a Canvas & Wine event at the new VinSpace Garage, 95 Pasteur Street, District 1 where guests can try to paint a self-portrait in the style of Picasso. With a little guidance from experts, they promise guests will be able to let go of their inhibitions and express themselves with ease. Guests can paint an imaginary image of themselves or even try to paint the person they see in the mirror. The Hanoitimes - A talk on preserving and promoting the specific and diversified cultural values of the Central Highlands took place at the Culture and Art Exhibition Center in Hanoi. In the framework of the '"Central Highlands Cultural Days in Hanoi'", the event drew the participation of managers, experts and researchers on folklore and ethnic culture, and intellectuals and artisans from the region. Participants at the talk affirmed that preserving and promoting the cultural values of the region is essential.
