Expanding its range of Alpha lens cameras in India, electronics brand Sony has launched Alpha A9 II. The new device comes with a price tag of Rs 3,99,990. It is already up for sale at Sony centres and major electronic stores across the country. Sony Alpha A9 II is claimed to offer a continuous shooting speed of up to 20 frames per second (10 frames per second using mechanical shutter and 20 frames per second using electronic shutter) with AutoFocus and Auto Exposure tracking. It features 60 times per second AF/AE calculations. The new Alpha 9 II is comprised of 693 focal-plane phase-detection AF points which the company says covers approximately 93% of the image area. It has 425 contrast AF Points with Fast Hybrid AutoFocus system. The camera comes with an in-built 1000BASE-T Ethernet terminal that is said to allow high-speed data transfers. Several users of the entry-level MacBook Pro have been facing a problem with their devices as they say that are witnessing unexpected shutdowns. Yesterday was a big day for Google CEO Sundar Pichai as he was promoted as CEO of Alphabet. In his new role, Pichai would be heading 8 other companies apart from Google. While the new role brings a lot more prestige and responsibilities to Pichai, it also brings a set of challenges that may make it one of the toughest jobs in Silicon Valley. To begin with Google is facing a lot of employee unrest in the last 12 months. Last month, the company fired four employees, who were reportedly protesting against certain company policies.
