Inglewood (Calif.) quarterback Justyn Martin committed to California last month. Martin was one of the first 2022 offers for the Bears at the quarterback position and was honed in on by offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave. As detailed in the Online Safety Bill 2021 , the new scheme, based on the existing cyber bullying scheme for children, provides a mechanism for those experiencing the most seriously harmful online abuse to have this material removed from the internet. It empowers Australia's eSafety Commissioner to order the removal of such material when websites, social media, and other online services fail to do so after a complaint is made. The eSafety Commissioner will have the power to issue takedown notices directly to the services, and also to the end users responsible for the abusive content.
