Supermarket bank Sainsbury's has said it's unable to say when customers will be able to view their previous transactions online again. It comes after customers revealed they'd not been able to view their credit card usage for five days - because of improvements to the bank's internet services. Sainsbury's said it is upgrading its online banking system for credit card holders, which means some people will be temporarily unable to view their most recent transactions. Instead, it said customers should contact its customer services team by telephone, with the online issue set to be fixed as soon as possible. Sainsbury's apologised for the issues but if you feel you've been inconvenienced or left out of pocket, it's worth getting in touch to explain your concerns.
